The 51st Annual Gingerbread Trail celebrates this architecture on Saturday, June 1st and Sunday, June 2nd, 10 AM to 4 PM. Tour our special selection of five private homes. Visit historically recognized buildings such as the Ellis County Museum, Sims Library, the Ellis County Courthouse, and the Ellis County Art Museum on the downtown square.
